Let's start with the infraction button. See it staff? Good, now forget it's there. Stop using it. Seriously. Unless some dude is just spamming bullshit like advertisements or just worthless commentary. Then use it. Otherwise it's not there. Why? Because the rules are stupid. OH AND SPOILERS. Always infract for spoilers.

Let's run down the infractions.

Trivia rules violation. Dumb. Just delete the thread.

Double posting. Who really gives a fuck?

General Annoyances. Dumb.

BTB Violation. See Trivia. Dumb.

GFX violation. Dumb.

Signature violation. Dumb. Just resize it. If they don't listen disable their signature.

Triple posting. As if double posting wasn't bad enough...

Bumping threads. Dumb, just don't reply, let it fall again.

Innappropriate language. Stupid. Get a helmet.

Racial/ethnic/blah blah blah slurs. Helmet. Get one. Unless it's wayyyyy overboard.

Insulted other members... fuck you. stupid. Get over it and move on. Or don't and argue. It's all good.

Inappropriate media. Tag the thread *NSFW* and I'm happy. If not your loss.

Undermining authority. Yeah I've used it, but it's stupid.

PPV streams violation. What the hell is this Nazi Germany?

Multiple accounts. Fuck it, I don't care. you'll get bored eventually anyway.

Advertising. Go ahead. Your forum sucks anyway.

I also unbanned a bunch of users who have truly served their time. C4 being one of them. I'm also lifting Blaze's time out once I remember how. It's been long enough. But yeah. probably unbanned like 15 people because well, what the hell. Let's all be misfits together!
