Triple H has been trying to make a name for himself by inking “impossible” deals, with obviously his biggest to date being Bruno Sammartino agreeing to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. It's now come to light that Hunter has already got a backup plan for WM30 that if Rock doesn’t come back to wrestle Lesnar, he’ll finally get a deal done with Austin and it would be just as big, if not bigger.

One observer commented this could be a more than desirable backup plan given the fact The Rock has worked two WrestleMania’s in a row and “one last match” for Steve Austin would be a huge spectacle. It's also not the match Austin wants so it would take an awful lot from Triple H to get Austin to agree to terms. I'd say it's no better than a 50/50 chance as of this writing.

Lol.

What's the laughable part? That Austin is coming back? Or that it's Lesnar he'll be facing? Because he's mentioned in interviews that Lesnar is the only other opponent he's interested in besides Punk. And as compatible as Punk and Austin are with each other, Punk will obviously return to a huge face pop and they won't be able to turn him heel so soon after, not even for just one match with Austin. And Austin said himself he has no interest in that feud with the two of them as baby faces.

Austin/Lesnar won't be as entertaining when it comes to promos, but when it comes to the match, it'd be a lot more personal as a fight. And Austin can certainly hang with Lesnar, he said in 2009/2010 that he's cleared to wrestle a full schedule again but with him being in his mid/late 40's, that ship has obviously sailed but he can definitely take one match with Brock.

That said, I'd rather have a heel Punk go up against Austin (although Punk's heel persona seems to have dropped the whole "Straight Edge" thing at the moment) but blame the fans for not wanting to boo him.

Don't really want to see two part timers wrestling as the big match for WM. Would've been alright at 2004.

I don't like the idea of Austin/Lesnar, God it sounds awful.

Meltzer makes it so easy to mock him.

"Triple H is getting a plan together with Stone Cold Steve Austin, but there's only a 50% chance it'll happen."
Yeah. It either does or it doesn't. 50%.

Stone Cold, don't waste your time on this shit. So done with this part timer stuff, either feud with a current guy (heel Punk is the obvious choice) or just stay gone.
But surely WWE is seeing the exact opposite, as usual... Hey, Crayo, do you still have that Sheamus avatar? Maybe if we root for the guy he'll get banished to Superstars.

If CM Punk isn't a heel, then the match isn't happening, and shouldn't. Simple as that. I don't see the chemistry in a face-face encounter.

And if Brock/Taker and Austin/Punk did happen, then where does Cena fit in?

And Punk/Undertaker shouldn't have main evented because it's not the main match that people paid to see. I don't think it would have been a big deal if it had went after Lesnar/HHH since Punk/Jericho did the same with the HIAC match the year before, despite being less important, but the main event is called the MAIN event for a reason.

Another shitty report. Written well, and full of BS.

It's a 50/50 chance is why he laughed people, the shit is pointless to even post at that cost.

Zack Ryder is going to be Heavyweight champion, or he wont. HHH says it's a 50/50 chance.
