Hate to sound like WS but there's two problems:
PSD needs to be blended with the background better, smudge it in, use the eraser etcetera?!
Also the text just doesn't work at all. I like the background itself though. Looks better on the avatar though.
Sig: 5/10 at the moment, but definite room for it to be a great sig.

i downloaded the paintshop pro X today and just tryed it out. if anyone knows if theres a tutorial on how to like fade with paintshop pro and smudge and stuff, let me know
