Hernandez out 6 to 9 months

Shawn Hernandez of LAX will be out an estimated 6-9 months after undergoing neck surgery this week. The neck surgery was the reason he was booked to be attacked and destroyed by the new British faction in TNA.

In an update on LAX member Hernandez, one TNA source believed he would only be out of action 2 to 3 months, as opposed to the originally believed 6 to 9 months.

I wonder if they'll center his return around the title shot he still has. Of course, this will be forgotten by the time he comes back.

this is very bad news. With the recent burying of Abyss, Hernandez has become my favorite big man in TNA. The bight side to all this is maybe Homicide will help out the X-Division while his partner is gone

All I have to say is he will be out for a max of 6 months. I read this first on www.wrestlingrevealed.com so they said 6 months and their usualy right. Homicide will probley tag with someone to take ot British endervors

Btw, didn't he already cash his briefcase in against sting and get screwed out of losing? Now he's still carrying it around lol. Anyways hopefully he recovers quickly (like John Cena quickly so he can be back in like a month or two >_>) Homicide will do fine without him for a while.

I like his potential and that he looks like the dude off Top Gear. But right now, he has no in ring talent. If they keep him with Doug however, all he can really do is improve.

To answer a question above, he is carrying around the briefcase cuz they said he'd get a fair title shot after he was screwed.

While magnus walked off with a briefcase it wasn't homicides it was hernandez's and there is no way magnus is getting a world title shot, he could end up winning homicide's though.

If they allow hernandez to keep his case 6 months will put him at right about after bound for glory, which in my opinion would be a perfect time with any to start a new title fued, against angle or sting preferrably but I don't want them two anywhere near the BFG main event again
