This is my 1st gfx I have ever made. So they are crap tbh.

But which is the better one, the b/w r the one with colour?

1st one is better

the text "live jan...." is not clear.
the thing is pretty empty
the edge main psd should stand out
the layer order is crappy.. sorry
separate the PSDs from each other

Its got potential to be a decent poster...

First put the main edge pic on full opacity. Also, spread out allo the background pics, theyre too cluttered and you cant tell whats going on.

It looks like you cut these yourself, right? Try using some precut images, makes it alot easier for a beginner. Download them off sites like, www.psdprotocol.com , www.psd-host.com , etc.

With some adjustments it could be a good banner for a first try.
