Helms update, Cena takes shot at TNA

Gregory Helms' rehab is not going as well as originally hoped. His neck injury is recovering fine, but he has significant nerve damage that has been very slow in healing. One of his arms is still largely numb.

- During a media conference to promote his recently released DVD, former WWE champion John Cena was asked if he watched the competition, specifically TNA. "They still have a company? Wow, I didn't know they were still around," Cena said.

Think of all his fueds that broke up by people going to TNA...Christian Cage, Kurt Angle, Booker T...I bet the list goes on! And gosh, Gregory Helms needs to come back from the sidelines and give SmackDown! some entertaining action.

All those feuds were already over, with Cena being put over in every one of them. Kurt Angle was in ECW jobbing to Sabu, Christian Cage was jobbing to the SD mid-card and Booker T had just jobbed to Triple H and was nowhere close to feud John Cena.

Gregory Helms needs to come back and feud Matt Hardy for the US title(when he wins it)

I'm pretty sure he was messing around because he has friends in TNA, but at the same time you can't expect the posterboy of WWE to come out and praise the competition.
