pretty much a 4/10 doesnt look like you put much thought in to it , there is no depth to the graphic at all. maybe try some lighting effects ?
background doesnt look all that good either specially with them scanlines on there =/ maybe lower the scanlines on there down abit ? or just remove them, the text needs working on also.
The cut looks pretty good though , but it doesnt look like you have done anything to the cut except from sticking it in the middle and maybe brightening it up a little.
Needs alot of work . but could turn out pretty good if you change things and done more to the sig itself.

Actually i applied several filters with different layer styles on the psd. Thats why Batista looks in this way.
