Every time you think games can't get more realistic and immersive, something comes out and blows your mind. The beautiful masterpiece known as Heavy Rain is now getting Playstation Move support, and it's going to be a blast.

If you have never played Heavy Rain, i'll explain you how the controls work. When you're able to interact with something, it will have a little box floating above it, and inside this box is a either a button press or an analog stick or sixaxis movement, and you have to perform what the little box shows to interact with something.

With Playstation Move support, you could do these commands with your own hands. You would open fridges, take showers and fight rapists the same way you do it in real life!

Awesome this will add a ton of replayability to Heavy Rain. It had great use of motion control with the Sixaxis so imagine it with a full fledged motion controller. Pretty fucking sweet.

Will Move be free, like an addon update to the PS3 or will you have to pay for it?

Because now that I have my birthday money set, I want to get my PS3 possibly this weekend, and I'm curious, because Heavy Rain is one hell of a game and with what you mentioned that could be used in the game, it only makes it 10x better.

Not at all. It is a motion controller just like the Wii that is actually far more advanced. It comes with a camera, a game, and possibly the sub controller. It will cost under $100 according to Sony. For a superior tech to the Wii I'd call that a pretty good deal though the game selection will really be a big battle.

I just looked into it a lot after your post, and quite frankly I think Move will make the best of the 3 console's interactiveness... by far Move is the most appealing.

Move, whether expensive or not, looks like its worth the cash.

So the Move support will be offered as a download update (like when they added Trophies to games made prior to Trophies?) That could be intresting, though part of the challenge I thought of Heavy Rain was doing those special button and analog stick movements. If you can just do it moving the Move Wand controller, it might make it a bit easier. But who knows. I probably will never own Move anyways....unless they give it to us for free at our Manager conference....which I doubt.

Why would you not get the Move? It's the most advanced motion controller. Yep I'm guessing it will be patched in to the game. Heavy Rain uses the Sixaxis a lot so having support for a full motion controller makes sense. It will be easier and funnier to play with the Move.

Totally nation, it would add more playability to it even though I may have played it 3 times lol. Pumped to see how this turns out.

Because I dont care about motion controls. I didnt buy a Wii for Motion Controls, I bought it because I am a long time Nintendo fan boy. And to be honest I play it the least, thats how little Motion control apeals to me. So there is no apeal to me in Move or Natel when they come out.
