As well a short bit about what is next for Jericho...

Feel free to strike me down but...

Now, this fued has been big so far. Spanning from Backlash until now I have come to realise that alot of the fueds done have added to the build of this fued. Now with Cyber Sunday coming up and Batista and Jericho going at it, it is a possibility that Shawn Michaels will be the Speacial Referee in the match. So far Jericho and Michaels have had alot of big matches including a very good match at No Mercy as well as an unsanctioned match. Has this fued spannned too long and is it something that is really overdone. Yes they provide alot of entertaining matches and promos as well as being a very good storyline in itself. It has gone from highs in the Batista and Michaels fued to being a fued of the title and it has been booked really well. My point is, how long can it continue till the fued is completely overdone and boring. The longest that it should go is Survivor series. They can't possibly do anymore for it and I think that it shall be very entertaining with tghe blow off match. But what can they possibly do for that very blow off.

They have done everything they can I think and I am not sure if they can do anymore with the fued. Overall, they have put on a good fued and think that it should end soon and let them go onto a different fued. The match at Cyber Sunday is going to be a very entertaining match no matter what but of course, the WWE is going to be rigging the voting for Shawn Michaels and if so, then it could be very out of place with alot of people voting for Austin. I watched the part of Raw when this was announced and I have no idea who got the bigger pop from the live crowd, Michaels or Austin. If Austin gets in then it shall leave the Michaels and Jericho fued hanging but if Michaels is picked then it would be awkward continuing there already, in my opinion over done fued. Yes it produces quality but how many matches can the two have. Although this fued has benefited both men with both uping their game. What more can these guys do.

The fued that these guys have going, I can see Cade and Michaels going into a fued with the match on Raw. But where will thias leave Jericho, he has the new gimmick and will hopefully still have the title. He shall have nowhere to go and will probably be chucked into a fued with a random person for the title which will probably ruin the fued he just had with Michaels in my opinion.

Overall, this fued NEEDS to end and should at least provide a good blow off match. Although I have no idea what Jericho can do next.

Y2J is feuding Batista right now. There's HBK around, but technically, they are not feuding anymore.

However, I do feel this is one of those feuds that will never truly end, but more like enter in an impass, waiting to be restarted, like HHH vs Orton, Edge vs Taker, Cena vs Orton, feuds who have a lot of material to continue whenever the WWE decides to

this feud is still going on IMO, but not really with one on one matches. Y2J will probably beat Batista barely at Cyber Sunday, with HBK being involved some way or another. Jericho will probably beat another contender, and HBK will show up again. I don't think it should be ended, the fans still care what's happening in the feud, and I don't think it's getting boring either. they might not be feuding like they were during the past months, but HBK will still be there, and will be asking for his revenge or something like that.

You know what's the problem, WWE doesn't conclude this feud. I thought the Unsanctioned match could have been the end, but when the match was over, it was obvious the feud would continue. At No Mercy, the ending, to me, just wasn't to defining as to end the feud

No, it didnt go on too long. 3 months or so is NOT TOO LONG. If you think its too long, you have the attention span of a gnat.

3 months? The fued's been going on since December...well Jericho came into it in April. The entire thing's been going on for 10 months, and it's been centered around Jericho and Michaels for about 6 months. This is one of the greatest fueds I've ever seen, the way they went from McMahon/Flair fued and turned it into Jericho/Michaels is just amazing. Fued of the year imo

It has been going since Backlash when Y2J was the guest referee.

The fued has evolved from the Flair retirment though...Jericho kept fucking w/ HBK about retiring Flair...

Yea it could technically be said that it has been going since Dec 07 with the Flair retirement thing then HBK retiring him then Jericho HBK and Batista three way rivalry then HBK and Jericho rivalry then Rivalry for the gold.

I think if its still going now it should end at Survivor Series or at least by the time that the year of 2008 ends don't get me wrong it was a phenominal rivalry the best of this year for anything including anything that TNA had this I think but there needs to be a big match like I quit and it should end it all.

Y2J vs HBK fued i think is done. Now HBK will just be in one with Lance Cade overall building his character and making Cade a bigtime singles competetor.

Why would the starts of Flair vs HBK have anything to do with Y2J vs HBK? The aftermath of HBK vs Flair has to do no doubt with Y2J vs HBK, but the start of the feud(which BTW isn't on December, but on February, as on December Flair wasn't even on a feud, and then he was on the build up of his match against MVP), has nothing to do with Chris Jerico

Started with HBK and Flair, then HBK and Batista, then Y2J was thrown in and it's been HBK and Jericho ever since.

It's not that hard people.

This feud looked like it was gonna end at No Mercy but not too sure where they're taking it now. CMS might be right though, Jericho's moved on to Batista, you don't bring out all those heels without thinking a new feud is happening.

It was going along just fine, but the WWE really messed up having Michaels come back for the ladder match. They really should have run with Michaels' retirement further, and have given Jericho at last one title feud in between that. This could have easily been milked until WrestleMania, but they really just shot it out of nowhere. There's no way they can build from this stage into a bigger feud that lasts until 'Mania.

There were all kinds of things that could have come from this: Nash, Sid, a Cade/HBK mentor/teacher angle, a London push, a Batista heel turn, etc. It's too late now though. This easily could have gone down as one of the best feuds in WWE history, but now it's likely to be no different than any other watered-down program.

But maybe they are just filling Batista in there for a number one contender spot with a good match Michaels might be the special guest referee and he might you know after he raises Jericho's hand in victory super kick him out of no where and whatever something might happen and this match just might be a stepping stone for something else they might do with HBK and Jericho?
