"A" .... "A" .... It's "A," not "T" ..... HI....A....C (not picking at Lackin. This is something that originally bugged me last Monday. This is the first time I've seen someone post it as HITC so I thought I'd comment.)
It irked me last week on Raw when Vince referred to the PPV as "Hell in THE Cell" when it's been "A." Then on this week's Raw others did the same thing. If they're changing the name of it, they need to do it across the board and officially call it that and change the name, signs, posters, etc. Otherwise, the change of that one article just gets under my skin.
As to the OP though, yeah, I'm pretty sure Cesaro will face Gabriel at HIAC.

I kinda doubt he'll face Gabriel. They love leaving a belt off the show (the rest have announced matches) to protect the Night of Champions gimmick.
Still, there are 6 matches announced, and unless you want to throw in a tag-team #1 contenders match, there's really no better options right now.

Hmmm.... I can see your point. I hadn't considered the idea of them wanting to leave that title off the show.
Like you said though, I'm really not sure what they'll do otherwise, unless they just leave it as is. But then that's pretty weak for a PPV, right, even by WWE standards? (I don't keep up with # of matches typically.) Unless during the pre-show they randomly decide to announce Cena having a match since he's medically cleared, but I can't really see that happening.
Damnit, Rain, now you have me wondering what else they might decide to do.
