Out of all 9 Elimination Chamber matches in history, which one is the best?

1. Survivor Series 2002 (HBK vs. HHH vs. Y2J vs. RVD vs. Kane vs. Booker T.)

2. Summerslam 2003 (HBK vs. HHH vs. Y2J vs. Goldberg vs. Randy Orton vs. Kevin Nash)

3. New Year's Revolution 2005 (HHH vs. Y2J vs. Edge vs. Chris Benoit vs. Randy Orton vs. Batista)

4. New Year's Revolution 2006 (HBK vs. John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Kane vs. Carlito vs. Chris Masters)

5. December to Dismember 2006 (Hardcore Holly vs. Lashley vs. Test vs. CM Punk vs. Big Show vs. RVD)

6. No Way Out 2008 (Undertaker vs. MVP vs. Batista vs. Great Khali vs. Big Daddy V vs. Finlay)

7. No Way Out 2008 (HHH vs. HBK vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Y2J vs. JBL vs. Umaga)

8. No Way Out 2009 (HHH vs. Undertaker vs. Edge vs. Jeff Hardy vs. Big Show vs. Vladimir Kozlov)

9. No Way Out 2009 (John Cena vs. Y2J vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Edge vs. Mike Knox vs. Kane)

I liked the original Elimination Chamber the best. It was loaded with big match guys, and it's always good to set the bar in the first Chamber match ever. Even though it was more about HHH vs HBK, the match itself was great. and HBK taking the WHC was a nice moment at the end of it too.

The NYR 2006 Elimination Chamber is a favorite of mine too. IDK why, the drama of it was great. Cena was getting the hell booed out of him, Angle was on the verge of going to SD, and feuding with Angle. Carlito and Masters were just there, but it's always good to have heels. And at the end of it, with the huge surprise of Edge stealing the title, that was amazing.

It's all about the tension between the Evolution guys... Internally, HHH & Batista and, externally, Orton.

I am a big fan of the first two. It had main event stars, Eric Bischoff was running the show and always made the Chamber feel special. In the 2002 Chamber, the RVD 5 Star off the chamber was wicked, it totally jacked HHH out of that match. If you look he knee landed on his throat. HHH was down for most of the match, he barely did any moves. He was jacked up.

The 2003 one was great because of Goldberg, the hell he put on everyone was wicked.

I am not a fan of the newer chamber matches, but I did really like the Raw Chamber this year where Edge took out Kingston, put himself in the match, then the epic 3 main moves to eliminate Cena (Code Breaker, 619, and the Spear)

I was so pissed yet so surprised that happened.

i dont think you can top the first one.

btw if you haven't been there at that time when they were building up for it you will NOT feel the thrill of it.

edit--

i dont feel like starting the "you're a complete moron if you use match for match comparisons" argument again.

I'm glad I was watching wrestling to see every Chamber match. Some of them had no build up at all though. Like the latest ones sucked total ass with Mike Knox, the first 3-4 were equally great in terms of build up and the actual match, but later on it was either the build up was great or the match was great, you don't get both anymore.

The first one has to be the best, all of the hype for the match was great and the match itself was awesome, showed how brutal the match was. The No Way Out Chamber matches suck, first of all there are two of them which makes each just that little bit less special, their is fuck all hype for them now and also the actual matches havent been written very well the past couple of years.

"the actual matches havent been written very well the past couple of years."

Strongly dissagree... The Raw one this year was sweet.

What I don't like is when they use the EC to determine contendership @ NWO... Totally takes the shine off of the Royal Rumble winner.

While I am the first one to say that blood shouldnt be a factor in determining match quality and stuff, I do think the EC matches need some blood.

Even though I voted for the first one which I think it wins out of all of them due to the build up, my hat goes off to the NYR 06 one when Edge cashed in the MITB, that was an epic match with an epic ending.

Forgot about that, while it was good and ended strongly it still didn't feel like a good old EC Match, definitely the best out of all four NWO Chambers but still not all that great imo.

What they should do is have EC Chambers before the Royal Rumble and the winner/winners can have number 29/30 in the rumble, just One Chamber would be good, maybe at S.Series so both brands could have 3 men in one or something, Id rather have something like that rather then have two at NWO to make the #1 contender for Mania, makes shit less special.
