Since PSD sites "GO LIVE" and then close pretty often so keep contributing to the list of resources. I'm not going add every other site into the list, just keeping the best ones that are going to be needed for all the graphic designers:

Nice one C4, this could help out a lot of people. CT Styles, PSD Protocol has no where near as much stuff as PSD Dreams. Also, add Planet Renders, for C4Ds PSDs and Renders, it is awesome.
