Now when I say talent roster, I really mean the active roster who wrestle week in and week out, although if you like you can also include people like annoncers too.

Its as simple as it sounds, give each wrestler a grade between A and D showing how highly you rate them. A is for perfect, B is very good, C is poor and D is terrible, if you think there is a little more of a grey area in some cases, then you can always have sub-grades like C+ for example. Now you can either do the list based on pure talent and what value you think the wrestlers has for the company like me, or you could do it based on how they are being used currently, or maybe a bit of both.

Here's my rankings.

A
CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Gail Kim, Rey Mysterio and The Undertaker.

B+
Christian

B
Alberto Del Rio, Beth Phoenix, Jack Swagger, Randy Orton, The Miz and Kharma.

C+
Cody Rhodes, Evan Bourne, Kane, Kofi Kingston, Layla, Natalya, Santino Marella and Triple H.

C
AJ, Alex Riley, Big Show, Brie Bella, Curt Hawkins, David Hart Smith, Dolph Ziggler, Ezekiel Jackson, Heath Slater, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Jinder Mahal, John Cena, John Morrison, Justin Gabriel, Melina, Primo, R-Truth, Sheamus, Sin Cara, Tamina, Ted Dibiase, Trent Barreta, Tyler Reks, Tyson Kidd, Wade Barrett, William Regal, Yoshi Tatsu, Zack Ryder and Drew Mcintyre.

D+
Goldust, Hornswoggle, Michael Mcgillcutty, Nikki Bella and Rosa Mendes.

D
Alicia Fox, Chris Masters, David Otunga, Eve, Husky Harris, JTG, Kelly Kelly, Mark Henry, Maryse, Mason Ryan, Skip Sheffield, The Great Khali and Vladimir Kozlov.

Think there are a couple not there, just because I have not seen enough of them to form an opinion. Anyway now lets have your marks, and then we can decuss them!

Thanks for the rankings I will go through it in more detail later, but one thing for now, why is Goldust so high. Okay the guy is in decent shape for a wrestler of his age, and he can still put on a decent filler match, but I wouldn't say he has much more than that to offer at this stage.

I did rankings based off their entire career. How good of a company man have they been? How consistent has their matches been. Goldust has always been a great talent, good shape for his age, always puts on good matches, and can still pull it off, so for that, he deserves a high mark for all hes done.

I rank on how company orientated are they. Are they good for business. Are they good to have in the locker room, are they a good investment. Thats why both Miz and Cena are the only A+'s for the fact that they are company work horses and literally bleed the WWE.

I guess that is fair enough on Goldust, the only thing I would say is that he never got over like he could have. When he first became the Goldust character it was really different to anything else in wrestler and Dustin really carried the part very well, the trouble was after 1997 WWF lost touch with what made Goldust so unique in the first place, and he just became a cheap comedy charcter, and also he really lost shape and a lot of his matches just weren't that great. In short he never had the great career it looked like he would have as far back as his rookie days in WCW.

how did you base these grades?

I based on it from a business stand point. On how good are they for business. How loyal they are, and how good they have been. Also how much they would draw.
