WWE and Bill Goldberg are back having "Serious talks", if not already done with the deal to bring the former Attitude Era mega-star back to the WWE Universe. In an update, WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross noted via social media that he has heard talk that that Bill Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar in the former WCW stars' return program is a "done deal," and is expected to go down at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view in November.

It's a fucking awful idea. Lesnar's matches have become so stale and so fucking boring that I can't even get hyped for him anymore. Goldberg is approaching 50 and hasn't wrestled in over ten years. Even still, when Goldberg was active he was barely decent. Great look sure, awful talent. This match was awful in 2004, it'll be even worse in 2016.

Nah I pass thanks I still have painfully memories of their 2004 match, watching the show live at home back in 2004 when that match happened I was so bored. Plus I like Brock but if this suplex city is too work use more variations of suplexs than just a belly to belly and a lot of German suplexs. Not intrested in this at all, but one positive the return of Goldberg will get a big pop.

Ok ok I will admit I am excited about the return of goldberg. But I'm not excited about a 20+ minute match that will result in a Brock win (most likely).

As I will be there in person I'm sure the pop will be fucking awesome. I know I'll contribute to that noise regardless... it's Goldberg ffs.
