Good job Defiant bro. This is gonna be hella tough.
A few thoughts on your piece:
*Nice use of the splatter brushes, seems like I am not the only fan of them
*Render is blended well and doesn't look like it's just been slapped on there.
*Not a big fan of the two colours, Idk I just don't think they mix and if you're gonna use two colour scheme things on a sig I think they gotta compliment each other, these just don't seem to.

Definitely going with Prodigy here. The background is great, the render's good, the blending is alright, as is the lighting and text in conjunction with the color scheme. Defiant's is great, except the lighting is too heavy at the top of Harley's head.

Going with Defiant
I love both. But Prodigy's has that little slither at the top and bottom. I can't tell if it was intention or if the overlay or whatevers causing it is too small if it's supposed to be a border than it should be on the sides also. If it is on the sides then I cant tell.

Both are really good entries, so I'll have to nitpick here.
Prodigy: The render seems kinda' weird to me (almost overly blurred and somewhat distorted). Text isn't that great and not a fan of the 'bored'
. I like the overall ethereal/space-esque feel and the concept. Looks good!
Defiant: The overall look is right up my alley. I think the render could have been moved down a bit more, and the border seems thick. Otherwise, love it but not sure if Harley counts as a superhero haha.
My vote goes to Defiant
