Why have I been removed from doing GFX work for CWF?

Literally everything I've put into CWF has been resorted to me doing one match a week.

Why is EoR suddenly helping us? This is really bugging me.

I'd much rather be the GFX guy around here and I'd much rather still write.

This is more a question for AK, but I will add in why EOR did the Nitro Banners for me for the Preview. Basically I had a preview with no banners and I was on Skype and so was EOR. He told me that he wanted to help if he could, and me being me I won't turn down any help. It was right place right time really nothing against you or your GFX work. EOR has told me he wants to help and as to the reason why its because of me. He's one of my best friends and told me just a few minutes ago that he really wants to help CWF with writing, Gfxing and whatever else he can do. I'm not going to turn aside some help from anyone when they offer it.

As for who's job it is I don't really know that is AK's department. Who and what each person does on this staff is determined by him. AK asked EOR to do the Nitro Banner that's as far as I know or have heard. So I suggest we wait for him to get on to sort this mess out. But again Andrew its nothing personal and you can write more then one match a week. Hell you could write 95% of the show or even 100%. Also expect a PM back from your ideas as I just got home, I'm going to be using some of them so you still do have creative say so it isn't like you do nothing around here. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I am perfectly fine for EoR to do Nitro banners. But I want to be the one doing the PPV Posters and doing the PPV Match Card Banners or even The Outsider doing PPV Match Cards.

This way it flows for all three to help out.

So in other words;

- Nitro Banners & Match Cards (EoR)
- PPV Posters (Andrew)
- PPV Match Cards (The Outsider)

If we could do it like this, I'd be happy.

You overreact so badly sometimes, Andrew. All EOR did was ask if he could send me some samples of Nitro banners, PPV banners and a PPV poster, and I said go for it. That's all - nothing more, nothing less. Now, the Nitro banners he came up with are awesome, so he'll be doing them from now on. If you want us to go with this...

...then that's fine by me. As long as The Outsider is up for doing it everytime, then we'll go with that. If not, EOR will do the PPV banners too. There shouldn't be any problem with that considering none were made by you for Cyber Sunday, so I've chosen EOR to do it. If you wanna do the PPV posters, I'm more then happy for you to do so.

I prefer EoR doing nitro banners. Me ppv and the outsider doing ppv match card like stated

I'd like to step in here. But shouldn't the guy who does the PPV poster also do the banners. It makes no sense to have two guys do the same job. Plus the banners are all based off of the poster anyhow. I don't know why we need the third man at all. But hey GFX is not my job and I'll live with it, but why not have EOR just do all the banners and Andrew do the PPV. Or better why doesn't Andrew do the PPV banners seeing as he is doing the poster. The PPV banners are more important then the Nitro banners in my opinion and am worried if we let a guy i don't think any of us has heard of do it we could wind up screwed. I'd rather Andrew or EOR do it. I trust them. But that's just my say. All I'm good at is writing anyway.

The outsider asked to do the match card and he does them nicely. It still works, proved with Cyber Sunday

Alrighty, I've listed the 3 of you as the designated Graphics people in CWF in the Staff thread, and as far as I'm concerned it's the most reasonable solution.

Although EOR wants to do the PPV posters more then anything, we've taken enough roles around CWF away from you, Andrew, so the least I can do is give you what you've specifically asked for. I did tell him that if the PPV poster or the PPV banners cannot be done for whatever reason, he would be my go to guy as he is very keen to assist this fed, whether the two of you have problems or not. Fact is both SBS and I get along with him very well and we trust him, but if he causes trouble in the future I won't hesitate in asking him to leave as I'm aware some people are wary of him returning.

Anyway, that is settled for now.

I just don't want EoR helping CWF at all. He should be just TT'ing nothing more.

I get you're have issues with EoR, but the fact is if SBS has given him something to do, I'm fine with that. I would've liked to have known it was happening, but if it is I'm happy with it.

The only issue EoR has had with CWF is mainly with you, not the fed itself. Now that there's new management, who get along well with EoR, somebody that is willing to assist this fed in any way, then that's how it's going to be.

I just don't want him having anything involved with Staff.

I just want him in CWF as a TT'r and nothing more.

Like I said, I get it, but that's not for you to decide. Will EoR assist CWF in some way? It looks that way. Will he be allowed in Staff? No, I don't want him in here as it'll cause too many ridiculous issues.

Fact is Andrew, he wants to help the fed, and we're not going to say no if it'll improve something, regardless of what your personal feelings are.
