Following a story.
St-Pierre will represent his home country of Canada and Shields will represent the U.S. at UFC 129 in front of the largest UFC crowd ever assembled.

Georges St-Pierre and Jake Shields participated in a conference call today to help promote their upcoming main event title fight at UFC 129, scheduled to take place at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on April 30.

For St-Pierre, he looks at it as the most dangerous fight of his career. He said on today’s call that Shields would defeat everyone he has ever defended his title against. It is quite evident he has the utmost respect for Shields, and rightly so.

Shields has made world class fighters look amateurish. And if this fight goes to the ground, St-Pierre could be tested like we have never seen before. Shields is very hungry, and in what is just his second fight inside the UFC Octagon, there is a very good possibility he could dethrone the man many consider one of top two pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
