- WWE announced at Tuesday night’s SmackDown tapings that Japanese legend and former WWF Light Heavyweight Champion Tatsumi Fujinami will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. The announcement will be made this week.

We first noted back in February that WWE officials had discussed Fujinami for induction.
