Awhile back it was being reported that a lot of the Main Roster (mainly those who are involved in very short matches to even zero matches) were becoming frustrated with their developmental territory, NXT.. Well it seems after Takeover the roster is still bent out of shape over how NXT goes about their matches.
The Main Roster complaints mainly take shape in the form of performers being angry with NXT because the developmental roster seems to be having more matches take longer time thus giving the NXT roster a solid chance with each match to drive the crowd into a frenzy..
Now I don't think this frustration is really going to lead to anything to be honest but it very well could be, these superstars on the main shows want their time in the spotlight to perform longer matches and attempt to make the crowd get loud.. So who knows it very well could reach a boiling point and some people may just decide to leave the company.
Most of this seems to be backstage talk so nothing has been officially confirmed however with statements that have been leaked from some people it seems that this is basically the topic of conversation in the locker room of those not in the developmental program.
Here's what Dave Meltzer had to say in regards to the subject:

“So story is accurate but it’s inherent. It was the same thing in the OVW days, well not exactly the same, but similar. I get DMs from people on the main roster always after those specials. It’s a common frustration. The top NXT performers are frustrated they aren’t on the main roster making money. Then they will get more frustrated when they realize their dream. WWE guys are frustrated they aren’t having the matches guys in NXT are when they know if they can perform before 400 fans in longer matches they can tear the house down."
