This hot girl at work told me about this a few months ago and I've been using it ever since. You just use a media file on your computer and pick which 30 seconds (max) of the song you want, and then they send it to your phone. It's free and you can make as many ringtones as you want... The hard part is finding your phone on the list XD Well it was for me anyways.

Yeah you gotta register an account on it. But they never email you or anything. Try it out and if you like rep me.
