- Former Four Horseman Ole Anderson rejected an opportunity to take part in the Ric Flair tribute on Monday's RAW. "They were going to give me $1,500 to come down and tape me (for the Four Horseman video commentary) in my house," Anderson told Pat McNeill of the PWTorch. "I just turned down a deal too. In fact, this weekend I was supposed to go to Orlando. They wanted me to go to Orlando and I wouldn't go."

Later in the interview, Anderson put down Flair's in-ring ability. "He ended up having the same match every night..." Anderson said. "He had a lot of potential to begin with, but he's never had anything different than the same damn match every night... The point is he still doesn't have any idea how to have a match work. So they gave him credit for the last match here in Orlando. Wonderful. I hope it is. It'll be the same as it always was. Tell the match the other night was different than any other match he's ever had. He always does the same damn dumb things."

Actually he is right, Flair isn't that great inside the ring except his WM 24 match with Shawn Michaels. Everyone started to love him after his retirement. I mean just look at the sigs over here on IWF, every other signature is "Flair Forever" give me a break people, Flair isn't god.

No, he isn't god, and since 2005 he has been doing the same type of match, but hey, so does every other wrestler, it's called a freaking moveset. I mean, FLair gets bashed for doing the same routine, but HBK has the same thing, Atomic Drop, Punch, Punch, Scoop Slam and Elbow Drop and he gets praised. Of course HBK is the best, but what we are praising is not Flair as of now, is his career.

Professional Wrestling is about much much more than what you can do inside the ring.

Would anyone be talking about Ole Anderson today if it wasn't for Flair?

Hell No.

Yeah Ric Flair has has the same match for the past two years. Get off the gas here he is seventy something years old and he's been in the business forever. Ric Flair has done so much for this company. Ric Flair will go down as one of the best in ever to lace up a pair of boots.

He's actually only in his late 50's I do believe. But yeah, I can't even remember what Ole Anderson looks like, much less what he did in the business. Jealousy anyone?

^Exactly, Ole's obviously bitter that this is the first time the WWE has wanted anything to do with him in however long. Everyone has a move set, so to say Flair's matches are all the same, is just idiotic in my book. Get over the fact you didn't have as great a career Ole.

Ric Flair has done so much for the company. He wasn't doing anything good in 2005/6, everyone knows that. But the point is that for the past 3-4 years Flair has been nothing inside the ring and even outside the ring, his character is left with nothing except for that Flair/Michaels match which was his final one.

I seriously hope that is your opinion. If my memory serves me correct, he won the IC championship, which I do believe made him a triple crown champion. He won the tag titles w/ Piper for a time, and even was in a match for the WWE title against Edge, which I seriously thought Flair might win.

Point is, he might not of did things that you liked, but he was sure entertaining doing them, in or out of the ring.

Hmm I don't really agree with you on that one...

2005: He had an amazing match with Kurt Angle on Raw in June, he had a awesome feud with Triple H including two fantastic matches at Cyber Sunday and Survivor Series, he won the Intercontinental Championship at Unforgiven to become the thirteenth Triple Crown Champion in WWE history, and he even put over CAR-FUCKING-LITO!!

2006: The TLC match he had with Edge was gold, he had great hardcore matches with Big Show (for the ECW title) and Mick Foley, he won the World Tag Team titles with Piper...

Of course his moveset will be limited, his 59 years old what do you want from the guy? Even though you say he didn’t do anything over the last couple years people still paid to see him chop, chop, chop, chop, chop block, figure-four, and whoooo!!

he is just looking for attention. We all know Ric Flair is one of the best wrestlers in this business. Even if he wasnt amazing in the ring, he just had that "it" factor that alot of wrestlers dont have, and it made him a very entertaining guy to watch. Flair deserved all the attention that he has gotten over the span of Wrestlemania and RAW, and his career will be remembered for a long time to come
