The first dark match featured Joey Matthews (aka Joey Mercury) & Johnny Swinger, sporting matching outfits, vs. The Motor City Machineguns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley).

* The Machineguns played face for the match. At one point, Swinger & Matthews went for the old "Problem Solver" finisher that Swinger & Simon Diamond used in ECW. Shelley got the pin on Matthews after a series of kicks from the Machineguns. Real good opener

Swinger was in a tag team with Simion Diamond back in ECW

and Inferno, if he even went to jail, has been in it less than a year for that gambling shit

Isn't it slightly ironic that both Swinger & Matthews were on oppisites sides of a feud the last time they were in the same ring... I still say TNA Should've tried to get in Christian York & team him up with Matthews but hey, if Swinger & Matthews look like a good enough team i'm happy! + I think York's heavily in talks with WWE about a contract so meh!

Although there was no buildup they shouldve atleast gaven these guys a chance on the show maybe, atleast over that clusterfuck "Reverse Battle Royal"!

& to the guy thinking Swinger is "Disco Inferno"... Both Swinger, Simon Diamon & Glenn Gilberti were in a stable back in 2003/4 so you probably mistaked Gilberti for Swinger!

Glenn "Disco Inferno" Gilberti is now in prison as Tarvis Stated!
