PWInsider.com is reporting that both Jay and Mark Briscoe attended the WWE Smackdown tapings last night and had an informal tryout for the company before the tapings began. Both wrestlers, who are former Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions and are currently under contract with Ring of Honor, were given permission by ROH officials to work out in a WWE ring last night. No word on whether or not WWE showed interest in signing either of them.

That could be good to feud with the Hart Dynasty. Get some new young blood tag teams

WWE isn't the right place.. they need to go to TNA. I can't seem them doing much with WWE's Tag team division now in days.

I think wwe should do like they did back in 2000 and bring in some young teams to start new stuff and then in time they can be singles champion.

They'll last for 3 months as a tag team together and then WWE will split them up in a storyline that makes zero sense and neither of them will get over as singles stars and be futured endeavored in the next 2 months afterwards.

Go for it Briscoes, get yourselves some nice paychecks for six months.

I said I hoped these guys joined the WWE, since the WWE needs a tag team like them a couple weeks ago, crazy. But they will be horribly watered down, so meh.

I've seen two Briscoes matches and I honestly can't imagine what I've seen translating to WWE at all.

I mean, they're gonna force them to sell and shit.

Pretty sure these two are straight up indy guys, which are not what WWE want. Plus, they're not even that spectacular. I'd be gunning for Steenerico if I was WWE, because Generico is a fun gimmick and Steen can play the hard man. Briscoes would just no sell EVERYTHING.

Hehehe... Given the no-selling, a guy with a typical WWE move-set would run out of stuff to do to them within a minute or two of the match starting!

Pfft TNA? Only tag teams I see wrestle are 3D, Beer Inc and British Invasion and with Sabin and Shelly fighting for air time, they really says what's going on at TNA.

Atleast with the WWE, they'll squash for Cryme Tyme.

^^^There's a difference, Cena is just crap at selling... He does try, bless him.

Anyone see TNA last night? Cena and the briscoes should learn from D-Von and Bubba by far the best sellers ever besides HBK
