For Those Concerned...

So...bad news...

My right foot became infected again...and I had another toe cut off.
They have found a couple of "Bugs" in my foot which they will be
treating with long term antibiotics.

The entire nightmare has started all over again.

I'm struggling emotionally and mentally...as well as physically...
and all I can say is please don't take your health for granted.

I did see Money In The Bank...and I have a lot to say about it...
mostly about how the women's match was too short...and the
ending of the match was booked very poorly. I'm glad Corbin won
the men's match and Jinder retained.

I'll be moving back in with my parents...which will mean full time
and full speed internet...but...at the moment...my health is my
biggest priority.

I wish you all the best...and will hopefully be back with you all
on a full time bias soon.

I won't tell you how to live your life, I don't exactly eat a "healthy" diet myself but broccoli can help improve GTF glucose levels. The chromium in it is the highest of all foods and it stabilizes everything. I love eating it myself but I know not many people do. I mean, it is worth a try to eat it more often. Your issues may have started with leaky gut, something doctors don't tell their patients about for some stupid reason. So anything that is good for your gut and healing the digestive system is worth looking into.

Also up your vitamin c levels to help fight off the current infection and balance out the damage done by the antibiotics. Eating a few oranges a day is enough or just taking some ester C.
