It appears that Ric Flair has left the TNA UK tour. The word making the rounds among the overseas crew is that Flair was upset because TNA would not give him a draw. Flair did not board the bus to leave Ireland for Germany.

Jason Powell notes that Flair asked for a cash advance and was turned down by TNA Official, Craig Jenkins. The TNA Crew apparently is under the impression that Flair left the tour.

More Info:

The Ric Flair incident in Dublin, Ireland was said to have been driven by Flair demanding money "in advance" from a member of TNA management. When his request wasn't granted, Flair allegedly tried to play hardball, refusing to get on a bus that was taking the TNA troupe to the airport for their flight. That incident led to a decision being made to leave Flair behind, since he was refusing to get on the plane and this had not been the first instance of similar issues with Flair over the last year.

According to one person I spoke to after we initially wrote about the Flair situation, there were members of the roster in favor of leaving Flair behind due to his outburst and some were mocking him, using his "signature promo lines" after he was left behind.

There was a lot of discussion regarding how much Flair's legendary "partying" on the road during the tour may have factored into his decision to refuse to get on the bus as well.

To clarify something making the rounds, Flair was not sent home from the tour by TNA management. He was simply left behind after refusing to travel following his issue with the member of TNA management. All signs are Flair is still in Europe and he could easily catch up to the troupe in Scotland, if he chooses.

There was no official decision to send him home, just a decision to leave him behind when he had his "blow-up" as opposed to holding up an entire roster of talents waiting to travel internationally.

 at them just leaving him behind. But really can't blame them if he's demanding shit, and threatening to leave.

He is back on

- Several TNA wrestlers are rolling their eyes at the news of Ric Flair coming back to the current UK tour. The decision to bring Flair back on the tour is said to be a financial one. The feeling was that they needed to keep Flair on the tour to maintain good relations with the local promoters and the fans. This is the same reason Matt Hardy was added to the tour after a number of recent changes with Kurt Angle leaving as well as injuries to AJ Styles and Alex Shelley.

Most of the TNA crew was in favor of leaving Flair behind in Dublin earlier this week and aren't happy about him coming back. Several wrestlers spoke up to TNA officials in the past day, pushing for him to be sent him and even released from the company.

On the other hand, a lot of the TNA talents feel sorry for Flair. One TNA wrestler, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Flair has asked several co-workers for money when his credit cards have been declined.

Another source says that the younger TNA stars have began to unite against the veterans with the feeling that they're the ones carrying TNA with their work while some of the veterans treat TNA like it's their "country club."

I can't say that it is sad that he has gone broke since he basically stole money from ROH and gave up 250K a year from WWE to be their ambassador.

He blows anyway, he has no qualities to bring to the roster, I would look for any excuse to sack him.

Flair, though he once put people over in TNA, and now is Bitchoff's lackey, should be fired. I held out on him b/c he was putting people over in TNA, but now, he isnt and hi backstage politicking, which he must have done alot of in WWE, is not gonna work in TNA.

Flair is godly in TNA and one of the consistent highlights of iMPACT every week.
