Its good I like the background and you've blended it well. But the text could be better maybe a more visible colour.

as everyone said, the text is not clear.
Good effort on blending, but the only thing i think needs more to look at is the shadow/light effects. I think on the left side it doesnt look correct imo.
why not try add overlay layer with burn effect only on the left side?

The top one looks more professional. IDK why, but it just does. It just stands out more. IDK if its the fact that it is the original color or what, but I just like the first one better. And I can read the Randy Orton text ok, its just the "RKO WWE Champion" part.
