Finn Balor On what he thinks of the Forbidden Door concept:

“I love the idea of the Forbidden Door. I feel like, if I have the opportunity to wrestle in Japan or Mexico or in Europe, for whatever promotion, I would love the opportunity to be able to do it. Obviously, contractually and WWE, they take care of all my dates and my travel, so they organize everything. But if we can somehow set up a working relationship between WWE and these other brands from around the world, I would love to challenge myself against performers in different regions.”

I know it's not specifically related to Finn but they should definitely look at partnering up with one of the Japanese Womens promotions to start off with. Would be good for the Japanese women they have under contract already and I know Sasha has mentioned previously about to wanting to wrestle over there having trained previously.

What one would be good? Doubt Stardom could, being NJPW Sister company. I know of Ice Ribbon, but not sure how good it is.

Don't have a clue I just know of Stardom like you said but i'd imagine that wouldn't be feasible. I mean I guess they could always go strictly exclusive with the WWE on the women side but that could strain the relationship between AEW/NJPW on the mens side of things so probably wouldn't worthwhile for them.

With what actual companies and to what extent I don't know, but I reckon the more the talent in the company talk about this sort of thing and as contracts start to be re-negotiated, I can see it as something that actually happens.

Yeah, they will have to step up soon and change how they handle this, or risk losing talent. People like Rollins, Roman, Becky, and Usos probably won’t ever leave, they seem to be loyal to WWE, and they are used pretty greatly as well. But Finn I could see leaving, Owens and Zayn already already talks about it with them. I’ll pull Styles in the middle as he seems happy in WWE, but I won’t say he wouldn’t ever. Hell I’m not even sure Charlotte is a safe bet.

Oh let me tell you right now WWE is never getting some kind of working relationship with Stardom at least for right now. Rossy didn't like WWE's plan when they wanted to buy it which is why Rossy got into business with Bushiroad and look at the Promotion now flourishing as a Company. Sendai Girls could happen because of Meiko Satomura be part Founder with the Company but I would say it would be a long shot with the others if want to do some stuff on the ladies sides of things.

Honestly, I wouldn't want any company to have a partnership with WWE because in the end their people will go over, and the home talent of that promotion will get buried so only one company really wins in the end per say.
