Cactus Jack, on the account that all my favorite Foley matches are when he's Cactus Jack like my favorite Foley match, his Hell In A Cell bout against Trips. Mankind would come next, and Dude Love would be a very distant third.

Mankind. One of my favorite characters in wrestling period. Just bizarre and twisted and had one of the most personal feuds ever (in my opinion) with Undertaker. This feud also gave us one of the most memorable matches ever, and a few pretty important moments in Undertaker's career. Him attacking JR that time in that interview was gold. Then there was the friendlier version of Mankind that helped form the Rock And Sock Connection.
Cactus Jack is a close second and Dude Love a distant third. I only loved the "Corporate" version of Dude Love against Austin in 1998 as Austin's first ever opponent after winning the world title.

Mankind because he would pull his hair out, squeel like a pig, and won his first WWF Championship as that character.
