My favorites matches of his are Foley vs Edge (WM22), and him vs Taker (WM24).

He's also had many great matches with Christian as his tag team partner that's it's difficult to pick a favorite. But I'll go with TLC II (WMXVII)

Another one I'd like to add is when he cost Shawn Michaels the World Heavyweight Championship against Triple H at Taboo Tuesday and turned heel. It was the move he needed as he was so stale as a face and he never looked back. Also started my favourite feud of his against HBK.
