Faith No More have revealed the band's lineup for their European summer reunion tour, their first live shows since they broke up in 1998.
"What's changed is that this year, for the first time, we've all decided to sit down together and talk about it," bassist Bill Gould said. "And what we've discovered is that time has afforded us enough distance to look back on our years together through a clearer lens and made us realize that through all the hard work, the music still sounds good, and we are beginning to appreciate the fact that we might have actually done something right."
The reformed band will keep the same lineup that appeared on their last album, 1997's Album of the Year. That puts founder Gould back behind the bass, along with founding drummer Mike Bordin and keyboardist Roddy Bottum, who has been with the band since 1982. Mike Patton will return as vocalist. Jon Hudson will return as guitarist. He arrived late to the band, signing on in 1997.
FNM has still not released their dates for the tour, but continue to stress that it will cover Europe only.
