yeah i got this thread from the ROH board but i wanted to see what everyone else opinions were...

it seems that when ever ROH is brought up, one of us brings up the fact that we want to see Joe, homocide, or someone else that moved on come back to ROH. now is that to say that someone one the current ROH roster couldnt be the next joe, or homocide? it just seems like we cant be happy with the current, and might i add Great roster, that we already have. or mabye its becuase some of us feel that without those names ROH cant become the 2nd biggest company...

I agree that ROH has a great roster right now, but theres always room for improvements. As rell stated before, the only ROH is really missing now is star power. Someone to jump to ROH to turn casual wrestling fans heads.

I also think a lot of fans would rather see their former ROH stars in ROH rather than in Tna, getting squashed by has beens.

Also with ROH so focused on Dvds, seeing the same current roster would get repittive. I think surprise returns, and debut always help the drama and entertainment of wrestling.

I agree alot with what Montana said, another thing that is very impressive is the age of the roster alot of the guys are very young and will still be in the business in many years to come infact the oldest guy on the roster is Claudio Castagnoli and he is only 33.

^ Thats a good and bad thing, its good because at least we can see some young talent who are the future of this buisness, and the bad is that I think these young guys need some veterans on the roster to help them a little and make them better wrestlers. Jerry Lynn could fill this role perfectly.

Personally, If Samoa Joe went back to ROH I think that would perfect the roster IMO. Joe is exactly what ROH needs right now and I hope he comes back after his TNA contract expires

I think this is a good point because when ROH gets a TV deal this is exactly what is going to draw new fans. Young guys, who can do more innovative moves, and can flat out go, night in and night out. People are underrating this aspect, and think that ROH will need more sports entertainment, when I don't believe that will be the case.
