I'm hoping someone if someone could please help me with this problem I'm having with my external hard drive. Well I came home this afternoon and take not my EHD was still working properly when i left. So I came home from school this afternoon and when i tried connecting my EHD to my laptop it would get read as connected but the files won't load up and I cant open the EHD folder. I tried reinstalling it and the files still don't load up.

So if anyone knows how to fix this problem. I would appreciate you're help.

I don't know hardware for shit for the most part. My suggestion to you is to call their tech support line.

tech support my ass.

this happens to every EXT HDD. the USB cable fucks up...try playing with it and it'll work fine. or buy a new USB cable...

Tech's are helpful as long as you establish dominance early on in the call.
