Dr. Luke (Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) or Max Martin.
Between the two of them, they wrote basically all the songs sung by Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Kesha, and many others. Even that Flo Rida guy is on the list. I thought this was interesting. I can't tell you how many people still believe a lot of these artists write their own music when that just isn't the case and hasn't been since the late 90's.
Also, mainstream/pop music is getting worse. Here is some science on it:
