I like the blur/smudge effect and the text but don't like the following:
color scheme
the fact that it appears that the 2 main pics are MELTED together, like wax figures or something
the 2 bg pics are 2 small and look misplaced
not your best work but I'm sure with a few tweaks this could be better, maybe a gradient over the bg to give it depth and the other stuff I mentioned can improve it.
