Derrick Bateman? That's pretty cool,the vignettes for him are weird but that mini-segment last night was quite funny. Can't wait to see what they do with him.
I'm glad TNA is picking up guys like this. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

They say there's 2 reasons for TNA to pick up ex-WWE talents: to capitalize on whatever star power they have, or to get the most out of whatever untapped potential they can find.Seems like TNA's going for the latter instead of the former.

Personally, I really liked Derrick Bateman back in NXT. He's not the greatest wrestler or mic worker they could have gotten, but he does have potential. Also, his old stuff about "Chicks and America" was pretty cool.

Very cool! I really liked Bateman and wanted him to debut his 'murrica gimmick on Raw. Well, at least we can get to see him on TNA. The dude is pretty funny.

I was expecting someone like this, and im 100% pumped for him to join TNA, i just hope the horrible name and how it has been portrayed isnt meaning we get another random freaky flaming jobber. Robbie E is due again if that is what TRNA is looking for, BRO. The dude has sex with brooke tessmacher FFS.
As a guy who has watched him before: Main event body. Hit and miss talker/character. When given the right direction and material he can be real good, I won't say gold but lets go with silver.
Will likely be a good addition to the TNA mid card scene.
I wonder if him getting the Roode rub (getting time to decide what he wants) I guess i could call it Adoubles but either way. Do you think he will be better for getting more room to be himself/who he wants to be?
