Eris Bischoff won't be involved in Smackdown Creative

According to Dave Meltzer, Eric Bischoff will not be involved in the creative process for Smackdown. When Smackdown moves from USA to FOX in October, Bischoff will interact with the various departments in the company and FOX.

Another interesting thing to note, Appearntly Vince expained to investers the reason rateings were down was because superstars like Roman Reigns was injured, so when rateings didnt improve after roman and others came back, Vinces plan was to bring in Heyman and Bischoff, so he could focus on that rather then rateings being low.

Interesting however both have the same job title, but their actual jobs are quite different.

FRANKLY...it doesn't matter WHO runs RAW & SDL...

It only matters if the shows actually get better as
far as the storytelling & continuity.

And don't tell me storytelling & continuity don't matter...
because the MCU has made billions upon billions of
dollars focusing on just that.

And don't tell me the WWE is different from the MCU
because its wrestling...because apparently its not

No Dave Meltzer is clearly a biased journalist. All journalists are, look at any media outlet. Meltzer knows that him trashing WWE and putting over Japanese Wrestling or AEW is good for his business because thats what his audience wants. WWE knows this and i think would purposely leak out that Eric Bischoff isnt running creative to him so that he wont bury Smackdown every week.

The only problem with that is he doesnt trash WWE as much as people say, yeah he doesnt like Bischoff but hes even mentioned before that he thinks Eric is a great on screen talent, when he was GM of Raw back in 2004 it was fantastic (Espacially the stuff he did with stone cold)

There have been plenty of times when he has said great things about Raw and Smackdown, (And NXT, he does talk good about them when they do good stuff, hes talked highly about Bray Wyatt and the 24/7 title stuff too.) and there have been tiems when hes said bad things about AEW (Like the pre shows) Though i cant recall anything bad about Japan, dave does love japan lol.

WWEs stocks have nothing to do with the MCU and WWE is killin it on the market. Because they are a worldwide company that makes alot of money because they are the best wrestling company.

Its probably worth mentioning, and to play devils advocate here, his job is literately to report on these things, he does that thanks to the people in the company he talks to, so it is entirely possible his scources were just wrong or led him astray.

Afteral hes been doing this for what, 20+ 30+ years? if he wasnt reliable people wouldnt listen to him, if he was a liar he wouldnt have a job, that would be a deathwish considering what he does for a living.

I don't completely hate Meltzer, like you said he does his job and he's a smart man. It's just that he reports false informations as facts and mislead the public. He does have the respect of some wrestlers but a lot also hate him.
