This is kind of a branch off from the health and fitness thread, but feel free to read if not.
As much as I may be a health nut, I love to have one day of the week where I just pig out on whatever I can get my hands on. I took a picture but my phone won't let me upload but let's just say, right now I feel like I just gained 10 lbs just from eating lol... Here's what my day consisted of.
Breakfast
- 3 eggo choclate chip waffles
- Maple syrup
- Chopped up bananas
- 1 cup of orange juice
Snack 1
- 3 scoops of irresistables cookie dough & brownie ice cream w/ oreo cookie crumble
Lunch
- 1/2 (so approx. 320g) of Delissio Canadian thin crust pizza
- 200g of white cheddar macaroni and cheese
- 1 double can of amp energy drink
Snack 2
- 95.6g of Doritos Jalapeno Cheddar
Dinner
- 1/2 of Delissio Canadian thin crust pizza
- 1 lb of south west buffalo chicken wings
- 1 double can of amp energy drink
Currently, as I'm writing this. I feel like I have a food baby, I can't wait to sleep all this off and go back to my normal healthy eating tomorrow. So what about anybody else who's a health nut, you guys have days like this as well?
