1-The main psd is streched.
2-The ratio of target to non-target ratio is way too much there. Try to balance between the intensities for bkg to main psd.
3-a darker bkg would make it look better.

Good background IMO, could use more text though or bigger text. Like Wrestling Station said main PSD looks kinda stretched but still really stands out.
