Did you make the background with brushes or is it a stock? The text looks good, fits your theme and the coloring on him is okay but not so red would be better I think. Adding a border would also be smart. I don't have much to say, has no real focal point its just kinda there ya know? But keep it up its not bad man.
I like the background and colors and the effect on the main pic, however this time i'm not a fan of the text I can barely read it... everything else looks good tho

If you made the BG on this then its pretty sweet. I like the colors and the text - I also like how you have those lines coming through the BG over Santino on the bottom. I also think a border would suit this better. Really good work. I hope you join the league!
