First, imo, Edge and Christian are awesome, and any period in which they are champions is fine as far as I'm concerned.

The thing is, as of right now, their championship reigns look kinda weak as far as future feuds are concerned:

Edge:
Are there are any faces for him to face? There's Jeff, but his feud with him seems to be on it's last stages, steaming from RR. Then, there's Rey, who I agree could have a nice, long rivalry with. But after those, who is there? CM Punk? Not right now. To me, he just isn't on main event level. John Morrison? It would be hotshotting him.

Christian:
Kozlov? Ezekial? Mark Henry? It's either them or a long reign of face vs face feuds.

Edge will lose soon enough, so don't even both worrying about his future as champion. (I'm dissappointed having to say that)

Christian will finish off with Swagger and then probably face Dreamer. The he can have a feud with Kozlov which I would expect him to lose the title in.

I agree they're feuds right now don't look good especially Christians. Now edge i think after a lnog feud with Mysterio, Punk might be ready.

Now for Christian the most he could do is wrestle Swagger, Dreamer, Kozlov here and there, and ummmmm Bourne. It would help to build him for when he loses the title to Kozlov. -_-

Christian definately is. He's a guy who can carry ECW, and make the guys he faces look good as he feuds with them. Eventually the belt will probably go back to Swagger, who has a good future, but for now, he's deserving.

As for Edge, I don't see why not... I think we fans rule out the possibility of heel vs heel feuds far too often. We shouldn't rule out a possible Jericho vs Edge feud. And again, as long as storylines have new twists each times, it doesn't matter if they're repeared. He'll be feuding with Jeff now for a while, and after that, he can have a feud with Punk, Jericho, Rey, Morrison, Umaga, and probably Jeff again at some point. Feuds eventually have to be repeated, plus, I'm sure he'll drop the belt at some point, which will give others a shot. But for now, I think he actually is the right shot, because he has his feud with Jeff now, and once that's done, big feuds with the likes of Rey, Jericho, and most notably, Punk, will all be fresh enough that he can have the belt for those without being stale as well.

Christian can pretty much feud with Swagger, Dreamer, maybe Bourne and Kozlov. He'll either drop it to Bourne or Kozlov in all likelihood.

Nah, it's just because heel/heel feuds never happen. Edge could be on the verge of a face turn by the end of the year so he could mess around with the heels after then though.
It wouldn't be at all surprising to see Edge lose to Hardy or Punk at JD. He needs to go away from the title for about 2 years so it won't always be the same thing with his character. (Trips has a similar problem with that on Raw.) People really need to look at the best guy on the roster in Jericho. He can't be the only person to have ME feuds without having the world title involved all the time.

^You won't be seeing him go away from the title for two years, man. He's in his prime. They aren't going to waste the last 2-3 years of his prime by having him out of the title picture for two whole years. Plus, I don't think you realise how long 2 years is. If he's going to leave the title picture, it should be for a year, tops. Even that is pushing it.

Yeah probably, I just meant for awhile no title for Edge. As I said, Jericho's only slightly older than Edge and he doesn't need the title. I would say Jericho can pretty much do anything and be successful because well, he's just that special. Edge can challenge every once and awhile but a year of him actually getting credibility would do wonders for him being fresh and can add years to his ME run, prime doesn't mean anything in WWE anyway so it's not like he won't be ME'ing (barring injury) 8 years from now if they don't burn him out on everyone and give him 9 title reigns in 3 years like they're doing.

To be honest, I really wouldn't mind seeing Edge vs. Undertaker again. Maybe a 2-month feud mid-year, not in any WM kind of timeline, but I wouldn't mind seeing 'em go at it again. The last extended feud was kind of awesome, with the random disappearances and reappearances. Edge could always use not having Vickie weighing (lol) him down anymore to push for why he could dominate Taker this time around and blah blah. I'd watch, just because their in-ring styles really compliment each other quite nice. And both cut awesome promos, and both have the ability to make gimmick matches just that much better.
