Following his very public departure from directing Marvel’s “Ant-Man,â€￾ Edgar Wright now looks ready to move on as he is in talks to direct “Baby Driverâ€￾ for Working Title Films.

The plot details are vague other than it would be in the vein of his Cornetto Trilogy he made with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

Wright will pen the script with Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner producing with Nira Park.

After Wright left “Ant-Manâ€￾ due to creative differences, the industry was eager to see what film he would come on to next given he had so many films in development including the Disney pic “The Night Stalkerâ€￾ which Johnny Depp is attached to star in.

Wright is repped by CAA, Independent Talent and Anonymous Content. Deadline Hollywood first reported the news.

So he left Ant-Man for creative differences which means that he didn't like the script or maybe the scrutiny that he would face if the movie tanked.

Well, was bummed to hear he dropped out of Ant-Man, but at least we got this to look forward to now.
