AEW's Eddie Kingston is out of action for what he hopes is around three weeks after he fractured his orbital bone, according to Dave Meltzer.

Tony Khan announced that Kingston was injured during Saturday's AEW Dark tapings in Orlando, Florida, but didn't give specifics. Kingston was part of the commentary team for the shows.

Kingston's last match was against Joey Janela on January 8th in a match taped for AEW Dark. It's unknown if that is when he was hurt.

If the timetable for his return is accurate, he would be back in plenty of time to build for a match at the March 6th Revolution pay-per-view.

The 40-year-old was scheduled for action at this Sunday's The WRLD on GCW pay-per-view. It's unknown whether he will still make an appearance at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

Kingston has been involved in a storyline with Chris Jericho that has also included 2point0, Daniel Garcia and Santana & Ortiz as of late.

See work with AEW and you get hurt so you can't work an indie date...you know who else would this...you know the answer.

And getting hurt in a Joey match sounds about right, but hope he recovers fine.

Sucks for him, but should take not having a storyline with momentum killing Jericho and those 2.0 and other guy as a blessing.
