I think Im gonna go with Wrestlemania VI. Alot of matches but just a weak card imo. The only thing that really sticks out in my minda was Hogan vs the Ultimate Warrior, and I dont think thats a good thing.

Here are some of my choices, these are just my opinions.

Wrestlemania 21 - Main events were not that good and the rest of the card wasn't that good except for Kurt Angle vs Shawn Michaels and MITB which both stole and saved the PPV.

Wrestlemania XII - Except for the Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels match the card wasn't that good.

Wrestlemania IV - Matches weren't that good

Wrestlemania 9 and 11 both sucked in my opinion they were the absolute worst...Wrestlemania 9 main event- Bret Hart vs. Yokozuna- Hart loses and Hulk beats Yoko in 30 seconds? Bad

Wrestlemania 11 main event- Lawrence Taylor vs. Bam Bam Bigelow? 'nuff said

I thought the WM 11 mainevent was bad as well but the rest of the card saved me from choosing that one as worst.

20 was a classic Mania in my opinion none of the matches were bad except Goldberg/Lesnar...which you pointed out already

I think WM 13 wasn't that great either except for Austin/Hart I Quit Match...

XX ened a good streak of manias 17-XX were great Manias 21 dropped off then 22 was good then 23 was decent

Here are some of my choices, these are just my opinions.

WM 21 was good all around except for the main events you forgot Taker/Orton Rey/Eddie and Trish/Christy lol jk about that last one.

Wrestlemania 15 wasnt that good, it had like two matches that ended in a DQ.

But Wrestlemania 23 sucked. They only had MITB, and Batista vs Undertaker, Cena vs HBK. Where all only average matches, some more so than the other, but still.

MVP- Benoit was a good match but not enough build up for it. They didnt announce it until what a week or two before Mania? WEAK

Oh yeah i forgot about that match, that was my favorite match actually.
