This week on Smackdown Drew McIntyre lost yet another match and Teddy Long fired him again but this time for good. It is clear that Drew no longer has a job as long as Teddy Long as in charge so it makes things interesting that Johnny Ace is hosting Smackdown this week. Can Drew McIntyre get back from where he is now and how would you book him back up the card? What would you do with him next; take him off tv, move him to RAW etc.

I think he'll be back on the roster soon under Johnny Ace or something, maybe be put off until the draft then come back with this Playboy gimmick that has supposedly been discussed and happened at recent house shows. Tbh, I don't see much in the guy and neither do the crowd. Someone from a live fan report at the recent SD taping said he didn't even get a "na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye" or anything.

Thought I'd add this too: The official Twitter feed for Raw Interim General Manager and WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis released the following statement regarding Drew McIntyre: “I’ve always felt @TheDrewMcIntyre is an asset to @WWE. I discovered him. He’ll go far, as soon as @GMSmackDown is gone.”

He'll end up winning Johnny Ace control of both shows at Wrestlemania.

Suspect he'll be a main event heel on Raw after Mania.

I like Cork's idea. That would be a great way to break Drew's streak and gain him a lot of heat from the crowds.

Like someone came up with before, I think he'll get another chance to earn a contract on SD next when Ace is in charge which he will win and then he'll probably go on a decent enough winning streak.

Ace will bring him back on SD. He could even be apart of the rumoured match between Ace & Long at WM for control of both brands.

Kind of expected him to show up on Raw as "fired" on air tends to mean you go to the other brand for awhile. Just hope they have something to do with him on Raw.

MVP was also on a five month losing streak, McIntyre is around the same as well... MVP defeated Big Show to end the streak.

I see McIntyre moving to RAW under Lauriniatis' wing and defeating someone who's classed as an upper-mid-carder / main eventer. This could do good for McIntyre, I've always liked him.

Definately seems as though Drew will be on Raw, likely still a heel. But I still don't think he belongs in whatever match ends up happening. He hasn't been relevant for over a year so inserting Drew will be akward. I also don't think many fans "cared" about his firing.

That twitter post by Johnny Ace definitely hints towards him re-hiring Drew McIntyre to be on his show. I like the idea of Drew becoming a hanger-on, he can suck up to Johnny Ace and become part of his entourage along with David Otunga. Would help him get more heel heat if he is his hired gun that attack wrestlers that Johnny Ace doesn't like.

Imagine he will be back on smackdown or out until mania and has a part in the ace/long match

I don't understand how people think going back to Raw could even help him especially this time of year.

Drew McIntyre's WWE Future
Despite being "fired" on Smackdown this past Friday night, sources have told WZ that the current plan is for Raw GM John Laurinaitis to rehire McIntyre next week when he is in charge of Smackdown.

There have been rumors of McIntyre debuting a new, more flamboyant, playboy type gimmick, however that has not been confirmed at this time.

As most of us have figured out, it looks like that's what is happening. I don't care for Drew tbh, don't see what most marks see in him.
