As a result of the shocking turn of events involving Mr. McMahon as Raw went off the air, the Supplemental Draft scheduled to take place tomorrow has been postponed. The Draft will now take place Sunday at noon ET right here on WWE.com.

^^^they want to keep the illusion that it was unexpected, and that Vince's death threw off their plans, and spun them for a loop or something.

It makes sence from where I'm sitting. They are selling the effect of Vince's death. The roster are very emotional after the explosion, as is everyone within the company, so everyone is given a few ays extra to sort themselves out ... meaning the draft will take place on Sunday.

I don't know why people are so pissed about this, it's nothing major.

It also makes sense from a continuity stand point.

If the supplemental draft had've taken place on Wednesday, it would've been after the SmackDown tapings so the continuity would've been messed up.

Having it take place on Sunday allows them to promote the last switches on Raw and have continuity pick up without any hitches.
