Following a story.
Lew Polley is Junior dos Santos‘ wrestling coach on The Ultimate Fighter: Team Lesnar vs. Team dos Santos which premieres on Spike TV Wednesday, March 30, at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.

Polley (10-4) is himself an MMA veteran and former coach at Alliance Training Center in San Diego. He put his own fight career on hold to assist Team dos Santos, and since the show, has moved to Denver and currently trains at Grudge Training Center and FactoryX.

Polley talks about his experience on The Ultimate Fighter and the talent level of the guys on the show compared to previous seasons.

Polley also talks about what his impression of Brock Lesnar has been, as a person and as a coach. Also, as someone who has sparred with dos Santos, Polley explains what Lesnar is in for if he still has not gotten used to taking punches.

Finally, Polley gives an update on his own fight career and talks about his plans and goals for the future.
