Some people mentioned a rumor on a few different sites that indicate that Ziggler has turned down a contract with WWE prior to SummerSlam and it could be the reason he lost. This is one of several times people thought he was leaving so I really don't know how to judge this. He is making jokes of it himself now so who knows.
