Does Shield have a leader? Or will they?

Currently Shield are a group of "justice" with three members previously on NXT (well, Dean wasn't). The two promos they have had have both been lead by Dean which has prompted some people to think he is the leader/mastermind behind The shield. However, the attacks seem to be controlled mainly by Reigns (sometimes Dean) which has made others think Reigns seems to be the leader.

So what I'm asking is, do you think there is one currently? If not, do you think there will be later on and if so, who?

Ambrose is the leader or at least the mouthpiece of the group. I could see it being Reigns as well because WWE would place the big guy at the head spot. It would be nice if the group was lead by Lesnar or Heyman, maybe even John Laurinatis. Laurinatis would actually be a good pick for this and it's relatively unexpected.

I'm not sure who the leader is. They all seem to have a role and i'll wait to see what happens. I wonder if the WWE even knows who the leader is yet? Hmmmmm

Their leader is still behind the scenes, could be Johnny Ace, Punk , Heyman, or some other guy...

However from the three, I say Dean is booked to look like the leader more than Seth and Reigns.
