This is a no-brainer for me. His brief 3 week run 2 years ago was very successful I think. It was a great breath of fresh air. His second just needed to be 2 months longer for me to have enjoyed it. That reign was more about re-invigorating Cena. Had it not been for injury his last eign would have been very long. We know this because I believe the angle was for him to be champ until WM and lose to Undie.
We all know Edge can wrestle and talk. He's at that extremely high main event level and he'll be there until further notice.

Edge is one of the rare kind of wrestlers that has the size, the looks, the talent and the mic skills package. He was carrying SD before his injury and will continue doing it. His title reigns as a heel were so succesful WWE took advantage of them to put over the number one face of the company.
Is this a serious thread? This is definitely a no brainer and the answer is absolutely yes. I mean why do you think when Undertaker got hurt they moved Edge from Raw to Smackdown and make him champ? I understand you were just getting everyone's opinion, but he definitely has what it takes and the ability to be one of the best heel champions in a long time.
Of course people care about Edge, he gets major heat when he speaks, he is one of the best speakers in the company, better than Batista or the Undertaker. He can sell seats and he can wrestle. I used to never like Edge but then again I was younger then and now he is one of my favourite wrestlers

I didnt expect such a sure positive response. I compare him too Orton, but dont give him a complete nod over Orton either. I think Edge will truly blow-up when he does his next run as a face.

Edge will be a great World Heavyweight Champion I think he will be a better WHC than a WWE Champ. Edge is extremely talented in every area, promos, matches, heat & etc I 100% think he is the right man for the job.
