Do you watch biographies on the wrestlers ?

I do because now we have more appreciation for what these wrestlers do day in and day out in the WWE or New Japan Pro Wrestling, Ring Of Honor, Impact Wrestling (formerly TNA). Most of the talent we have now were in the WWE before then went to one of those other wrestling promotions after that. Then returned to the WWE after years of being away and then left again, or they did the opposite, worked somewhere else outside of wrestling for a number of years, probably with no intention of getting into wrestling or they wrestled elsewhere and then got signed by the WWE after years of experience or none at all. And those are just the guys who made it, there's also a long list of the ones who had no desire to wrestle at all or just wanted to be famous etc. It's so much better when we get the whole story behind the scenes instead of just what the WWE gives us (which isn't very reliable by the way).

I do. Wrestlers can be some really interesting personalities. Lots of drama and struggles for a lot of the wrestlers as well.

Makes for very interesting biographies.

Like you said though, WWE heavily protects its image and censors what it doesn’t like. People on the payroll are likely to exclude or even lie about certain things they know the corporation wouldn’t like them to say on camera.

I do. Some are on the WWE Network, and I enjoy learning about the biggest stars. My favorite would be Shawn Michaels. His story is unreal. To think, that Michaels could've had a longer career than he did, only blocked by his father - man. That's rough. Having your mother or father tell you "no, don't do that." It's career sabotage if they do that, knowing that you could've been a success if you did not listen or they allow you to do it.... Kinda like how the father of a co-founder at Facebook did exactly the same thing.
